Dear Sir/Madam,

I am very interested in your property. I am a scientist with a Ph.D. in Biotechnology and have lived and worked in the Netherlands for over three years. I recently accepted a full-time Associate II Manufacturing position at Bristol Myers Squibb in Leiden, starting on 1 October 2026, with a gross monthly salary of approximately €3,900–4,000, including shift allowance. I also have a small solo business in art, and I also have some income from painting (around €1300 per month).

I am relocating from Nijmegen and am seeking a quiet and comfortable home. I am responsible, tidy, a non-smoker, and have no pets. I can provide my employment contract, job offer, and, if needed, guarantor documents from Türkiye.
